Vice President
Ms. Kern is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Ms. Kern was a Director of Operations at 3RE Partners, where she focused on training team members, due diligence and construction oversight for acquisitions, value-add and developments. Previously, Ms. Kern was an Architectural Associate at LM Consultants Inc., where she focused on due diligence for acquisitions and development and construction management for value-add and new development. Ms. Kern holds a B.EnvD. from Texas A&M University in Architecture and Architectural History and an M.Arch. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Architecture and Structural Engineering.
