Andrew Burnside

Mr. Burnside is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. real estate portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Burnside was an Associate at Black Creek Group, where he focused on fund valuation and portfolio management. Previously, Mr. Burnside was Assistant Finance Manager at Heitman, where his duties included, financial operations and analysis, portfolio management and investor reporting for real estate funds. Mr. Burnside holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas.
