Vice President
Mr. Chambliss is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Chambliss was a Senior Project Manager at 3RE Partners, where he focused on real estate development, project management and due diligence. Previously, Mr. Chambliss was a Project Architect and Senior Associate at Sixthriver Architects, where he focused on building design, documentation and construction administration. In addition, Mr. Chambliss was a CAD technician and BIM Manager at Pfluger Associates, where he focused on building documentation, rendering and construction administration. He currently serves as Chairperson on the Bond Advisory Board of Dripping Springs Independent School District. Mr. Chambliss holds a B.S. and an M.A. in Architecture from Texas Tech University. Mr. Chambliss is a Registered Architect in the State of Texas.
