Anuj Patel

Mr. Patel is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on European real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Patel was an Associate Director in the European Real Estate Finance Group at M&G Investments. Previously, Mr. Patel was a Director at CBRE, where he focused on real estate debt and structured finance advisory. Mr. Patel holds a B.Sc. from the University of Southampton in Economics and an M.Sc. from the University of Reading in Real Estate Finance.
