Chris Davidson

Mr. Davidson is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on European real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Mr. Davidson was a Director at AREA Property Partners. Previously, Mr. Davidson was a Director at Dewerstone PM Limited, where he focused on construction project management. In addition, Mr. Davidson was a Development Asset Manager at Merrill Lynch Global RE Services, where he focused on real estate private equity. Mr. Davidson holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Salford and a Post Graduate Diploma from Trinity College Dublin in Construction Law and Contract Administration.
