Ms. Cheatham is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, she was the President and Chief Operating Officer at 3RE Partners, where she led the advisory services team through the due diligence and construction of multifamily, hospitality, industrial and mixed-use development projects throughout the U.S. Previously, Ms. Cheatham was an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Polizzotto Development, 3RE's predecessor firm. In addition, Ms. Cheatham worked at AREA Property Partners and its predecessor firm, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, where she oversaw the operations of the Los Angeles office. Ms. Cheatham holds a B.A. from Texas A&M University in Journalism.
