David Hand

Mr. Hand is a Partner and Head of APAC Private Equity in Ares Asia. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Hand was the Founder and Managing Partner of Crescent Point, where he focused on private equity investments across China and Southeast Asia. Previously, Mr. Hand was a Senior Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on energy sector investment banking. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fangzhou Inc. and Wego Pte. Ltd. Mr. Hand holds an A.B. from Yale University in Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
