Vice President
Mr. Schultz is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Schultz was an Associate at Black Creek Group, where he focused on the execution of business strategy, investor relations and overall portfolio management for a Black Creek sponsored industrial development venture. Previously, Mr. Schultz was a Chemical Engineer in the Real Estate Strategy and Operations Group at IBM, where he focused on mission critical data center operations, construction, and energy management. Mr. Schultz is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Schultz holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder.
