Ms. Mow is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of the Ares Global Client Solutions Group, where she focuses on the ongoing global expansion of the firm as well as the firm's global marketing and fundraising function. Additionally, Ms. Mow oversees the firm's Global Conferences & Events and RFP teams. She is a member of the Ares Network of Empowered Women and is Global Co-Chair of Moms at Ares Making Investments. Among her initiatives in recent years, Ms. Mow has assisted with asset manager acquisitions, strategic partnerships, Ares' IPO in May 2014 and related high grade debt offerings. Prior to joining Ares in 2012, Ms. Mow was a Research Analyst at Aletheia Research and Management. Ms. Mow also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Eye-to-Eye, a non-profit organization focused on neurodivergent young people, and the Cayton Children's Museum, a non-profit that enriches lives of children through PLAY. Ms. Mow holds a B.A. in Political Science - International Relations and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University.
