Ms. Kang is a Vice President in the Ares Investor Relations Group, where she focuses on real estate product management and investor relations. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Ms. Kang was an Associate Director on the Product Management team at Invesco Real Estate, where she focused on the fund structure, fund launch, and fundraising efforts of the firm's value-add fund series and ODCE Core Fund. Previously, Ms. Kang was a Senior Analyst on the Institutional Database team at Voya Investment Management, where she focused on managing all consultant databases and performance reporting requests. Additionally, Ms. Kang was an Analyst at Voya Investment Management, where she supported institutional distribution covering all traditional asset classes. She holds a B.Sc. from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in Finance and Marketing. She also holds a CAIA designation.
