Mr. Fleiter is a Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group, where he focuses on institutional client management for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Fleiter was a Senior Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand at BNP Paribas Asset Management Australia, where he led business development and consultant relationship. Previously, Mr. Fleiter was an Associate Director, Institutional Distribution at Abrdn, where he focused on Australia and New Zealand. In addition, Mr. Fleiter held numerous roles at MLC Asset Management, where he focused on boutique fund distribution, capital market research and asset consulting. Mr. Fleiter holds a Double Degree from Macquarie University in Applied Finance and Economics. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
