Managing Director
Mr. Arciniegas is a Managing Director in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on U.S. direct lending as well as Ares' Sports, Media and Entertainment strategy. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Arciniegas was a Managing Director and Head of Sports, Media and Entertainment at 777 Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing equity and debt investments in the sector globally. Previously, Mr. Arciniegas was a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for providing investment banking services to private equity funds with a focus on leveraged buyouts and other capital raisings, including high yield, bank debt, mezzanine debt, and IPOs. Mr. Arciniegas holds a B.S., cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in both Industrial & Management Engineering and Economics and an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
