Ruby Lau

Ms. Lau is a Principal in Ares Asia, where she focusses on alternative credit. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Ms. Lau was a Director on the Securitized Products Finance team at Credit Suisse in Australia, where she focused on leading transactions from origination, structuring to execution and portfolio management. Previously, Ms. Lau was an Associate Director on the Loan Markets and Syndications team at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Ms. Lau holds a B.App.Fin. with B.Com. from Macquarie University in Actuarial Studies. She is a qualified actuary (FIAA) and a CFA® Charterholder.
