Shao Siang Yin

Mr. Yin is a Principal in Ares Asia, where he focuses on private equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Yin was a Director at Crescent Point, where he focused on private equity investments in Asia. Previously, he was a Senior Investment Manager at Maybank Group, where he focused on private equity investments in Southeast Asia. In addition, Mr. Yin was an Associate at Deutsche Bank AG, where he focused on equities research and Southeast Asian private equity investments. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce and a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology from Monash University. Mr. Yin is a CFA® charterholder.
