Todd Farrell

Mr. Farrell is a Partner and Head of Multifamily Development in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Farrell was a President at Quarterra Multifamily, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation and a national owner, developer and manager of multifamily communities. Previously, he held similar roles at other national multifamily developers, including Crescent Communities, Summit Properties, Lincoln Property Company and JPI. Mr. Farrell is active in the National Multi Housing Council. Mr. Farrell holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in Accounting.
